This morning, we pushed the button on one of the most exciting things we’ve ever built: a whole new SmugMug. We’ve dreamed about bringing you this kind of incredibly beautiful, powerful photo experience from day one and we hope that no matter what you do and who you are, you’ll love it, too.

It’s really too bad that they didn’t look at the selling side of the equation. My customers are constantly confused by the shopping cart. SM could learn a lot from FAA…
Yes, I agree. I have had an account there since 2009 and I don’t use it much because it is just too difficult to navigate.
I love the way that FAA is so user friendly both for buying and selling. Smug Mug could learn so much and be so much better. I am hoping that they will continue to improve over time.

I’m getting sick and tired of WordPress because I’ve had issues with hackers and I’m looking at options for another platform.
