Muladhara (Sanskrit: मूलाधार, IAST: Mūlādhāra, English: “root support”) or root chakra is symbolized by a lotus with four petals and the color red. This center is located at the base of the spine in the coccygeal region. It is said to relate to the gonads and the adrenal medulla, responsible for the fight-or-flight response when survival is under threat.[42]

Muladhara is related to instinct, security, survival and also to basic human potentiality. Physically, Muladhara governs sexuality, mentally it governs stability, emotionally it governs sensuality, and spiritually it governs a sense of security.[43] Muladhara has a relation to the sense of smell.[44]

This chakra is where the three main nadis separate and begin their upward movement. Dormant Kundalini rests here, wrapped three and a half times around the black Svayambhu linga, the lowest of three obstructions to…

Hi Folks

So, who has this kind of view from their lounge windows? as well as from their bedroom windows? In fact, where ever you go in this home, this is what you see and of course much more ( a wider expanse) of our great glorious ocean.

I’ll tell you the story. Sit back and relax.

First of all, you do not have to be super rich to live in a super home.

At Traderoutz livingStyle, we get to see the most gorgeous wooden teeny homes by the sea, to opulent rooftop apartments in NYC, that overlook Central Park and other buildings. Each have their own fiber, and at the end of the day, it all boils down to the owners personality, quirks, disposition and so on, that will determine what the home will finally look like, and then on to what friends and family will think of your…

Colorful Autumn Aspen Tree Colonies

Aspen trees in the colorful Colorado autumn season.  Aspens trees typically grow in large clonal colonies, derived from a single seedling. Each individual tree can live for 40–150 years above ground, but the root system of the colony is long-lived. In some cases, this is for thousands of years, sending up new trunks as the older trunks die off above ground.

Sometimes we forget about the original Americans.  There is much talk today about immigrants in the United States.  As if, we are somehow “pure” to this continent.  Most of us came here as a result of families that immigrated from other countries.  I have Italian and Irish mixed into my genes.  But my great grandmother was one of the originals.  Full-blooded Cherokee.  So I am a mix of here and there.  A true American spirit…

“Manipura (Sanskrit: IAST: Maṇipūra, English: “jewel city”) or solar plexus/navel chakra is symbolised by a downward pointing triangle with ten petals, along with the color yellow. The seed syllable is Ram, and the presiding deity is Braddha Rudra, with Lakini as the Shakti.

Manipura is related to the metabolic and digestive systems. Manipura is believed to correspond to Islets of Langerhans,[39] which are groups of cells in the pancreas, as well as the outer adrenal glands and the adrenal cortex. These play a valuable role in digestion, the conversion of food matter into energy for the body. The colour that corresponds to Manipura is yellow. Key issues governed by Manipura are issues of personal power, fear, anxiety, opinion-formation, introversion, and transition from simple or base emotions to complex. Physically, Manipura governs digestion, mentally it governs personal power, emotionally it governs expansiveness…
